In France, we have a real practice of litigation and rules of procedure.
As members of the Paris Bar, we appear before all courts (Commercial Court, Regional Court, Prud’hommes, Appeal Court, etc.), and all over France.
Our firm is located in Paris.
However, in the face of the growing need for companies to expand and develop abroad and our desire to provide our clients with the best service they can expect from a Business Law Firm:
- we are now based in Tel Aviv (Israel) where we opened an office in partnership with the law firm HASSON & Co,
- we have created privileged partnerships with associated law firms in the United States, China, Belgium and Italy, working in the same fields of competence, with the same ethics and with the same requirements.
We support our clients as close as possible to their interests and needs:
- the lawyers of the office are fluent in several languages (French, English, Hebrew),
- the lawyers of the office have acquired training in foreign law (English, American and Israeli),
- the lawyers of the office have been registered in several Bars (Paris, Brussels and Tel-Aviv).
Because of our strong foreign legal skills and the knowledge we have of Anglo-Saxon culture, we also support our foreign clients in their development in France.
